Terms and conditions
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to bookings of website checks, technical assessments, implementation services, and maintenance packages through Website-Pflichtencheck. Provider is Jurono.
2. Services
The concrete services are defined by the booked package. Services cover technical audits, understandable assessments, prioritization, and, where booked, technical implementation. No legal advice is provided and no legal success guarantee is given.
3. Contract conclusion and payment
Booking takes place through the website and Stripe Checkout. The contract is concluded when payment or payment confirmation is successful.
4. Customer cooperation
The customer provides accurate website and contact data. Implementation services may require additional access, approvals, or information. Delays caused by missing cooperation reasonably extend agreed processing times.
5. Processing times
Stated processing times are standard periods. They begin once payment, required information, and any needed access are available.
6. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. For slightly negligent breaches of duty, the provider is liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are available in the withdrawal notice.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
The contract language is German or English, depending on the language used by the customer in the order flow and customer panel.
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany. For consumers, statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
