Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Beginning of service before the withdrawal period ends

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided before the withdrawal compared with the full contractual scope.

Service does not begin automatically through checkout before the withdrawal period ends. We begin only after you have provided the required project information in the customer panel and explicitly confirmed that work may start during the withdrawal period.
